First reading assignment for English
Let's see...from completing the reading assignments I already knew mostly about the letters, resume...that's not saying I am perfect by no means. Everyone can always use some brushing up, things may change from time to time as to what is considered the "correct way" to still serve the same purpose. What I did learn most was the Web page portion part. I rarely even open my laptop at home...I spend to much time with dual monitors at work, therefore I don't even want to see a computer when I get home. However what I do like about the Web page part is that color and use of videos can be applied. These additions, along with sound and animation make things more interesting and useful to the person reviewing the page maybe even help learn something about the person who created the page.

ReplyDeleteAs I mentioned in my email to you, I too use dual monitors at work 5 days a week and teach in front of a computer (for the most part) an additional two nights. The last thing we want to do most nights/ weekends then is use the computer more. Communication is becoming more and more technological though, so we must practice.
I can't wait to see your perspectives shared on the blog. I already like your "aura" looking background and cool motorcycle profile. I figured you were a motorcyclist from your blog title! :) I used to waitress during a "bike night" every Thursday night forever, during high school/college. I also road a Ducati once. Does that count? ;)
Be sure to check out (add all) and comment on a couple of other students' blogs before next Wednesday. Have a great rest of your weekend.

Was the Ducati yours? Or did you ride the back? Either way Ducati is a great bike.
DeleteHaha, no. It was my friend's boyfriend's, Ducati! :)
DeleteMoto mama will probably need to highlight as much as me in the Little Brown Handbook. I'm also flattered you thought the picture of my profile is me. LOL
ReplyDeleteNice blog Tracy! I like the web portion as well.
ReplyDeleteLook at you three, even cliquing it up on Blogger ;) Haha, thank you for interacting, nonetheless.
